We all notice imbalances during our yoga practice. Learn how to address these asymmetries and improve your posture, balance, strength, and mobility while promoting healthy extension of the spine and awareness of the breath. Learn how to use objects in your home, including walls, doorways, tables and more. This series is appropriate for students with minor back pain, asymmetries, and scoliosis.
